"I come from a proud family that has been involved in public service for as long as I can remember. I want to work for you. We need to create more living wage jobs, improve our schools, and make public safety, gun control in particular, a top priority. With nearly two decades of government experience, I know what it takes to find solutions, navigate complicated governmental agencies, and get things done."
The biggest agenda we plan on taking on and have began to implement change and strategy is Reparations. We have not developed and outline for applying reparations for our Baltimore City Residence. We will unveil our plan in the near future, but at this time we need your help and support to get the Newsome Party on the 2026 Maryland Election Ballot
LIST OF ISSUES
EDUCATION
Is a primary issue. Our children are not learning at the rate as many other children around the nation. We have to bridge the gap of the educational divide. All children have the right to get a good quality education and the Newsome Party is the political party that can push that agenda. Please join me in making good quality education a must for all Americans around the county.
HOUSING
Around the country has been a major issue for many years. Cities like, Baltimore, Maryland, have over 17,000 vacant homes that could be revitalized and turned into affordable housing which would take homeless citizens off the streets immediately. There are thousands of families around the country that need decent livable housing and can not receive it due to poor economic conditions. The Newsome Party is here to bridge that gap.
HEALTHCARE
Should be a major concern for everyone in the United States of America and every American should have access to good affordable health insurance in-spite of government restrictions. Everyone deserves to live and the Newsome Party is working consistently in developing ways to make sure everyone gets healthcare coverage who wants it. Being a former employee for the State of Maryland Department of Social Services, I have learned first hand the plight of the people being deprived of these benefits. The Newsome Party can make sure everyone is well taken care of and prosperous in this time of pandemic.
ENVIRONMENT
Is our home. If we allow the environment to be destroyed, then we are allowing our home to be destroyed. We only have one planet to live on and we need to make this the best place to live in the universe, that means protecting what we have now, so we can have a good, vibrant, healthy future. Let us stop global warming, which in turn causes earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, landslides and tsunamis, which take thousands of lives daily, weekly and monthly.
DIVERSITY
We are diverse group of individuals in the Newsome Party and we welcome anyone who has good godly morals and character and who is about making change in the United States on a national level. The Newsome Party needs you for this great endeavor. Join us.
