How To Attend College at a Discount
There are several ways to attend college. One of the best ways is to start off at a two year community college. If you attend a community college there is a good chance you will qualify for grants and possible get your education for FREE. Then later, if you want to transfer to a four year college or university you will already have credits to transfer into the school. This will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Facing Eviction
Know Your Rights
The Tenants Rights and Responsibilities. If you are facing eviction ask yourself these two questions, 1) Did the landlord post the court notice on your apartment door?
2) Did the landlord mail you a court notice? For evictions: 1) Did the landlord post the eviction notice on your door. 2) Did the landlord mail you the eviction notice?
If neither of these happened, then the eviction or the court notice is not valid. You can appeal the eviction and court notice if you were not served properly in the State of Maryland.
The rules may be different for other states.
